Barre/Pilates
Barre & Pilates is the prefect mix for someone looking to straighten muscles without increasing bulk. This combination of class will improve your posture, increase your cardiovascular endurance and metabolism. Using a mix style of moves expect to be challenged in all the right ways. Moving your hips like you’re out dancing or slowing it down to really concentrate on muscle endurance, Barre & Pilates is an all level low impact workout.

Yin Yoga
A slow-paced style practice that concentrates on stretching the connective tissues while giving you a moment of relaxation and greater mindfulness.
This form of yoga, practiced when the muscles are cold, helps balance out the yang energy in our everyday life by focusing on stillness and emphasizing on longer, deeper stretching.
This class will not only have physical benefits by improving joint health and increasing your mobility but could also help alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety while improving your sleep.

KIDS ACTIVE'ities
During this Kids ACTIVE'ities series your kids will dive into a fresh way to move their bodies and have fun. They will experience new themes, like glow stick days, circuit games and more. The goal is continue offering a program that allows your children to develop new slkills, connect with others and experience all the benefits of movement!

M1ND
This functional mobility series is designed to compliment an active lifestyle. M1ND draws inspiration from sports, yoga, calisthenics and rehabilitation and each unique session can include one or more of these elements. The central theme is connection between mind and movement. Cardio conditioning and strength training is important, but so is exercise that can establish the optimal mobility and stability relationships in the body. This type of exercise is often overlooked but is essential for staying injury-free and living a healthy and movement filled life. M1ND workouts are specifically designed around the “3 TYs” – flexibility, mobility and stability.

Tai Chi
In this class, you will
learn some basic moves originating from different Tai Chi styles.
Tai Chi practice is founded on 8 fundamental principles: Breathing, Balance, Concentration, Earthing (grounding), Flow, Posture, Visualization, and Weight Transfer.
The instructor will run you through several dynamic postures that is beneficial to your physical and mental health, your concentration, your memory.
Come enjoy this style of movement that is completely fit for beginners involving little to no impact. It is suitable for all levels of
